Most of our Dubai units accept stays of 28 nights or more at a 10–15% discount on the nightly rate. Cuba has full long-term-rental options for 1, 3, 6, and 12 months.
How to book a monthly stay
1. Pick your property from /dubai or /cuba 2. Enter your dates (must be ≥ 28 nights for the monthly discount to apply) 3. The booking screen will show the discounted total automatically 4. For long-term contracts (3+ months) in Cuba, message us — we draft a custom contract.

For 3+ month stays in Cuba we offer reduced rates and a longer-term contract template. Common use cases: diplomatic missions, corporate relocations, sabbaticals. Write to us with your dates and headcount and we'll quote within 24 hours.
