Terms & Conditions

RentalHo is the trade name of two operating entities: RentalHo Holiday Homes Rental LLC (Dubai, UAE) for properties located in the United Arab Emirates, and RentalHo Cuba (Havana, Cuba) for properties located in Cuba. Each entity is the contracting party for its respective market.

When you book a property, you enter a direct contract with the owner of that property; RentalHo acts as a duly-authorised agent. Payment in Dubai is processed via Nomod (a UAE-licensed payment processor). Payment in Cuba is handled per the conditions listed on the booking confirmation.

You authorise us to charge the total displayed on the booking screen, plus any applicable Tourism Dirham collected on arrival (Dubai only).

Each listing displays its specific cancellation policy. Refunds, when due, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation. Force-majeure cases (denied visas, medical emergencies with documentation, airline cancellations) are handled in good faith on a case-by-case basis.

Guests agree to respect house rules, neighbours, and local laws. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if a guest causes damage, hosts unauthorised parties, exceeds occupancy, or otherwise materially breaches house rules.

RentalHo's total liability under any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Bookings in Dubai are governed by UAE law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts. Bookings in Cuba are governed by Cuban law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Habana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
