Booking & payments
Most of our Dubai homes accept online payment via Nomod (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cuba homes are booked through WhatsApp or our partner channels and paid on arrival or by direct transfer.
You'll always see the full price (nights + cleaning fee) before confirming, and we never charge extra fees at checkout.
Check-in & arrival
For Dubai, your host or our concierge will WhatsApp you a precise check-in window and door-code 24 hours before arrival.
For Cuba, our local team meets you at the property — we'll coordinate the meeting point and pickup option in your confirmation thread.
Cancellations
Each listing shows its specific cancellation policy on the booking screen. As a rule: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for most homes; partial refund up to 48 hours; non-refundable inside 48 hours.
Force-majeure events (visas denied, medical emergencies, airline cancellations with documentation) are handled case-by-case — write to us and we'll work something out.
Issues during your stay
Anything from a broken AC to a missing towel — message your host's WhatsApp first. If you don't get a response within 1 hour, escalate to our 24/7 number at the bottom of this page and we'll take it from there.
