We're a Cuban-Emirati team that believes short-term rentals can be both an investment-grade business and a hospitality experience worth coming back for.
Our story
RentalHo started in 2018 in La Habana with a single apartment in Vedado. A friend asked us to manage his place while he was abroad. We rented it out, broke even the first month, doubled occupancy the second. He told two friends, and those two told four more.
By 2020 we were running 30 properties in Cuba. In 2022 we opened our Dubai office because half our Cuban guests asked the same question: "Do you do this in Dubai too?". We now operate across two markets with one philosophy.
